The Executive Assessment was designed with business schools specifically for Executive MBA and part-time candidates. It measures the same core reasoning skills as the GMAT, but in a shorter, more targeted format that assumes you already have years of professional judgment behind you.

Executive MBA and many part-time programs built the EA and accept it as the standard credential. If you are targeting a full-time MBA, the GMAT Focus or GRE may still be the right call.
